Frequently Asked Questions

After you purchase, you should receive an email with download information. If this is taking a while, please check your spam folder (just in case!). The email will include a link for you to download your files.

Alternatively, you can access your files from your Etsy account by logging in, heading to the account menu, and selecting "Purchases" to view a list of your orders. Next to your order information, you should see a "Download Files" button.

Our patterns are designed to be printed on A4 paper. They can also be printed on US Letter paper; however, A4 is the optimum paper size. Some of our patterns are available in an A1 print shop version, but this will be clearly specified in the pattern description.

If you require one of our patterns in a different format, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

When printing, set the print scale to 100% or check "Do not scale."  This will ensure the pattern is printed to the correct size. All of our patterns include a 2x2 cm scale checker box to ensure the printing scale is correct. We recommend printing your files from a computer and not a browser or mobile device, as this will allow you to check the printing scale.

All of our patterns are for intermediate sewers. Lingerie making requires a certain level of precision and knowledge about sewing techniques; for this reason, we don't recommend our patterns for beginner sewers. If you would like to learn more about lingerie sewing techniques, visit our blog here

In industry, there are special sewing machines to sew lingerie, but these are unnecessary for home sewers. A standard domestic sewing machine with a straight and a zigzag stitch is all that is required. A three-step zigzag stitch and an overlocker or serger are also desirable but not required.
